Who We Are

Above The Storm is specially crafted for the individual wanting to manage or win the battle against one or more mood disorders. We tackle major depression, mild depression (dysthymia), and anxiety. We intend to give you a little push, to show you how to be in a more positive internal space, and to give you important information. This guide also shows you how to ask for help and how to receive it. Thank you for being here.
